SHIPPING
We ship orders to all 50 states via USPS for small orders and P.O. box delivery, or via UPS for large orders .

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our goal is to ship most orders within 2 business days. However, if there is an urgency to your order which requires speed or special handling, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGE

RETURNS
You may return purchases within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the merchandise is in good condition and in original packaging. Note: Outbound postage/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued for merchandise returned in its original condition within 30 days. Once we receive your merchandise, we will refund your account via the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.

EXCHANGES
Giggle Magnets does not support exchanges. Instead, return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGES
Any product delivered damaged should be reported to Giggle Magnets at GiggleMagnets@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please include photos that show the damage.
